The Athletes In Motion (AIM) program establishes the building blocks of efficient movement to help you become a better athlete.

About the program

AIM is designed and based on Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and age. The program is for ages 11-18 and includes:

  • FMS tool: measure seven fundamental movement patterns that are key to functional movement quality.
  • Movement training (running, agilities and jump training)
  • Strength and speed development.


There are two 2-week training sessions and an optional weight lifting session for each two week period. Testing days are on Fridays. 

Training Series 1: June 18 – July 3

Training Series 2: July 3 – July 19

If there are not enough students in each class time, we will combine them into one training series.
