Patient Advocacy

The Tuality/OHSU Cancer Center offers a patient advocacy and navigation program that facilitates open communication among patients, their family members, and the appropriate hospital staff. Our patient advocate helps patients understand their rights, hospital policies, services provided, financial responsibility and more.

If you have any questions or concerns, and would like to speak to our patient advocate, please contact: 503-681-4172.

Support Groups

Cancer care should extend beyond the physical aspects of treating a disease. That’s why the Tuality/OHSU Cancer Center provides a variety of support groups to help patients and their families cope with the emotional and mental strain cancer can cause.

If you would like to join a support group or want more information about our support programs, please contact: 503-681-4200.

Healthcare services can be a costly investment. That’s why the Tuality/OHSU Cancer Center offers financial assistance to uninsured or underinsured patients who qualify under Tuality Healthcare’s financial assistance program. Assistance will vary depending on individual financial circumstances.

If you would like to be considered for financial assistance, please contact our billing office or reach out to our patient advocate for information and direction at 503-681-1000.
