Patients, family members, and visitors may talk with a Patient Relations representative at 503-681-HERE (4373).  Our representative is available by phone Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

For urgent concerns after hours or on weekends, please contact the Administrative Nursing Supervisor at 503-681-1255.
