How do my OHP benefits work?
Your Oregon Health Plan benefits are broken down into three basic categories of care.
What does physical care include?
A primary care physician (PCP) is a doctor that helps you with your physical medical care. If you need specialty care, a PCP can coordinate that with you.
What are a few examples of physical care benefits?
- Checkups to maintain health
- PCP visits if you feel sick
- Well-child visits (until the age of 21)
- Vision care
Where can I get mental health services?
Tuality Health Alliance understands healthcare includes taking care of all of your body. For mental health services you do not need a referral from your PCP.=
- Call the Washington County OHP Access Line at 503-291-1155 to find a provider or make an appointment
- If you have an urgent mental health need call Washington County Crisis Line at 503-291-9111
How do I get dental care services?
Your dental plan is listed on the back of your Health Share ID card. If your card is older, you may not see your dental plan listed. Call Health Share at 503-416-8090 for a new card that lists your dental plan. You should contact your dental plan to find a provider for dental care services.
