Tuality Offering H1N1 Flu Vaccinations for Adults

Tuality Healthcare is providing vaccinations to the general community for H1N1, or "swine flu," at the following locations, seven days a week:

  • Tuality Forest Grove Hospital emergency department, 1809 Maple St., Forest Grove
    (9 a.m. to 6 p.m., every day)
  • Tuality Urgent Care, 7545 SE TV Hwy., Hillsboro
    (8 a.m. to 8 p.m., every day)

Flu shots are available on a walk-in basis at both locations; no appointment is necessary.

The fee is $15.  Medicare billing is available for those who are eligible.  Otherwise, cash or checks are accepted at both locations.  Credit cards are accepted only at Tuality Urgent Care.

Recipients for the H1N1 flu shot at these facilities must be at least 18 years of age.  Vaccinations are by injection in the arm, so please wear a short-sleeved shirt.  Flu shots will be available only while vaccine supplies last.
