Yoga focuses on body movement, breathing, and mental awareness to help bring about a number of benefits related to health and well-being. Instructor is Brant Rogers, registered yoga teacher. Brant is highly skilled with thousands of hours of classroom teaching experience and years of professional training.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. These classes are open to anyone whose physicians or therapists have released them for the appropriate level of physical activity. No prior experience is necessary.
