There is good news on the diabetes front, even if you have a family history of diabetes, a history of gestational diabetes, or your physician has indicated you could be at risk for diabetes. Studies show we can prevent or at least postpone developing diabetes with a healthy lifestyle.

Is your schedule too busy to take a class? Tuality’s diabetes educators are here to help by offering a series of “check- ins” with you to accommodate your busy schedule.

For $30, you will receive a packet of tools at home to help you start living a healthier lifestyle. A diabetes educator will check in with you for six follow-ups to review your progress and to provide support and motivation.
