Become more confident in your skills as a new parent. Focusing on the first 12 weeks of life, this class covers diapering, bathing and swaddling techniques, as well as tips to soothe a crying baby. Also included is information on infant sleep cycles, safe sleep environments, and when to call your care provider. At the end of class, your specific baby-care plan will help you leave feeling prepared and confident.
